Updated: Regime spyware goes to court Political Prisoners in Thailand

AP reports that law reform advocate Yingcheep Atchanont, from iLaw, and human rights lawyer Arnon Nampa have filed a lawsuit accusing the Thai government of using the internationally notorious Pegasus spyware to infiltrate their mobile devices during a period of political unrest almost three years ago.

They accuse nine state agencies in the administration of Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha of unlawfully violating their privacy by spying on their smartphones using the spyware produced by the Israeli-based cybersecurity company NSO Group. Among the agencies named in the lawsuit are the Office of the Prime Minister, the Royal Thai Police, the Digital Economy and Society Ministry and the three branches of the military.

They have requested an immediate court injunction barring the use of Pegasus against them and other citizens, and for the court to order the government to release the data on its use of Pegasus. They also demanded compensation of 2.5 million baht ($72,000) each.

Pegasus spyware was remotely installed on their phones without them having to click any links or download software to become infected. Pegasus then sucks up all the data on the phones, including contact lists and group chats. The regime has acknowledged using the spyware.

Most targets only learned of the spyware when Apple notified Pegasus victims and several government critics in Thailand received a warning email from Apple that they had potentially been targets of state-sponsored attackers.

Exclusive: Shane Warnes Death Precipitated by Covid mRNA Vaccine Say Leading Doctors "IndyWatch Feed War"

Will Jones The Daily Sceptic June 20, 2023

Leading doctors have concluded that the death of legendary Australian cricketer Shane Warne was likely precipitated by the Covid mRNA vaccine that he had taken approximately nine months prior to his sudden cardiac death. His post mortem findings revealed coronary atherosclerosis.

Cardiologists Dr. Aseem Malhotra and Dr. Chris Neil, who is President of the Australian Medical Professionals Society, have concluded that the Covid vaccine can cause a rapid acceleration of coronary disease especially in those that may already have undetected mild disease. Dr. Malhotra has further concerns that the Covid mRNA vaccines may be masking angina by damaging heart nerves, resulting in patients not experiencing the chest pain that typically precedes a diagnosis of severe blockages in the heart arteries, leading to detection not occurring until its too late, with the first symptoms often presenting as a cardiac arrest.

Shane Warne was found unresponsive in his hotel room in Thailand in March last year.

The doctors have called for the immediate suspension of Covid mRNA vaccines globally pending an investigation into serious side-effects, including late onset heart attack and sudden cardiac death.

Shane Warnes best friend, the former international cricketer Dimitri Mascerenhas, has supported the calls, saying Shane himself wouldnt want others to be harmed.

Consultant Cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra says:

Its quite unusual for former international sportsmen to suffer a sudden cardiac death at such a young age, 52. At the same time we also know Shane didnt have the healthiest lifestyle in recent years, being both overweight and a smoker. Its likely that some mild underlying furring of his arteries (as Ive seen with my own patients and how my father died) rapidly progressed in the months after he received two doses of the Pfizer mRNA Covid vaccine.

Published research already reveals the plausible biological mechanism of this occurring through increasing coronary inflammation that can last for months after the vaccine has been administered.

Other data on adverse cardiac effects including heart attack is extensive, derived from...

Legendary Australian Cricketer Shane Warnes Sudden Death Likely Precipitated by Covid mRNA Vaccine, Leading Doctors Conclude "IndyWatch Feed Politics.us"

Distinguished cardiologists Dr. Aseem Malhotra from the UK and Dr. Chris Neil (President, Australian Medical Professional Society) have stepped forward to shed some light on Shane Warne, asserting that his death was likely precipitated due to the Covid mRNA vaccine he had received around nine months prior to his death, Daily Sceptic reported.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Australian cricket legend, Shane Warne, died of a heart attack last March 4th, 2022 while on a boys holiday at Koh Samui, Thailand.

Shane Warne, 52, was found unresponsive in his hotel room by one of his friends who tried to wake him up for dinner, urging him to perform CPR for 20 minutes to revive Warne before the ambulance arrived, according to Daily Mail.

Warne was rushed to Thai International Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:56 pm.

Shane Warne was an advocate for the Covid-19 vaccine and for wearing a face mask. Warne received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and got infected by the virus last August.

In his interview with Sky News, Warne was urging the public to get double vaccinated.

Well, I think its just a matter of getting on with it, get your double vax and get on with it and learn to live with it, because I think no one over here seems to want to get locked down anymore, no one likes the lockdown. Obviously, its been such a tough time for everyone during the pandemic, Warne said.

However, Warnes initial autopsy revealed that he died of natural causes, Thai police ruled out the speculation that he died due to the Covid-19 vaccine.

Thai police spokesperson Kritsana Pattanacharoen said on Monday afternoon the autopsy report had been received and it concluded Warne had a natural death, Guardian reported.

Upon examining the pos...

The US is preventing the civil conflict in Myanmar from being resolved "IndyWatch Feed Asia"

The US is preventing the civil conflict in Myanmar from being resolved

Myanmar has always been a crossroads of migration routes and trade routes. Indochina as a whole is one of the most favorable places for the development of homo sapiens, therefore, since ancient times, many often not very close ethnic groups have lived on the territory of the country. It is not surprising that by present a relatively small state is a patchwork of fourteen administrative entities, in each, with the exception of the capital, there is at least one separatist armed group. Together, this entity is called the Union the Democratic Union of Myanmar.  By the way, it is difficult not to mention that such a deliberately contradictory state came into existence only thanks to the British Empire, where it was listed as a single territory due to administrative interests.

Taking into account the diversity of ethnic composition, conflicts, wars, coups occur there with amazing regularity. Rather, the subject of this article will be the latest round of escalation of contradictions, which is ongoing right now with the active assistance of the United States.

On February 1, 2021, the local military, who disagreed with the results of the parliamentary elections, organized a coup. The purpose of this article is not to judge the causes of the event, since in a country where the civil war has not subsided since 1948, either side is ready to declare miles-long claims to opponents. For Asia, a military coup is a normal thing, a kind of one of the least traumatizing ways to transfer power when the official mechanism has stared slightly glitching. By analogy with Thailand or Bangladesh, where similar events have repeatedly occurred, the task of the military was to preserve the state until the differences between civilian politicians were resolved.

At the same time, we see that attempts by the military administration to organize parliamentary elections on equal terms for all forces are constantly thwarted by supporters of the National Unity Government, which exists and is fighting the official authorities mainly through donations from Western NGOs.

Why the West is Whitewashing Terrorism in Vietnam and Myanmar "IndyWatch Feed Asia"

Why the West is Whitewashing Terrorism. USA

As US-Chinese tensions grow and as it becomes increasingly clear the US is unable to compete with China head-to-head in terms of development, trade, and investment, especially in regions along Chinas periphery, the US is resorting increasingly to asymmetrical measures including political coercion, subversion, and even violence.

US military aggression and political subversion, particularly in Southeast Asia, spans many decades. Besides the Vietnam War and the related conflicts which raged across Laos, Cambodia, and even Thailand in the 20th century, more recently the United States has backed an increasingly unified regional bloc of opposition groups sometimes referred to as the Milk Tea Alliance.

The so-called alliance includes opposition groups promoted heavily across Western media in Myanmar, Thailand, and Hong Kong all three of which have incorporated deadly violence on varying scales to advance both their own political ambitions as well as advance US foreign policy objectives. The US has also attempted to create similar opposition groups elsewhere in Southeast Asia, though with less success, receiving little media coverage, and thus are poorly understood by the general public if and when their violence does make headlines.

Two recent examples of terrorism in Southeast Asia highlight the enduring threat of US-backed violence in the region.

One attack was carried out by Myanmars opposition, a movement heavily-promoted by Western governments and the Western media. The other was carried out by extremists among a lesser-known ethnic group in Vietnam. Both attacks have been spun, whitewashed, and even justified by the Western media, and by doing so, encouraging future violence, illustrating a continued commitment by Washington to use violence and terrorism to advance its foreign policy objectives in the re...

The police swamp Political Prisoners in Thailand

Rotten to the core

It cant be just PPT that has noticed that not a day passes without another corruption story out of the police force. One of the problems, though, is that it is police investigating police.

Today it is: Police questioned four witnesses last night (Monday), who delivered 28 million baht in cash in four suitcases to police officers implicated in the online gambling extortion controversy at a temple in Thailands northern province of Chiang Rai.

A couple of days ago it was: Chon Buri police chief demanded B140m from gambling suspects.

The police are feared because they are armed and regularly torture and sometimes kill.

We get the impression that many people sort of cock an eyebrow and think this is just how it is. But is does seem to us that something has changed so that...

The fact the Thai monarchy is forced to swallow this travesty shows the power of Big Pharma.

From our Bangkok Correspondent June 18-

"Every evening at 8:00 p.m. there is news-from-Royal-Palace on all television stations. Aside from featuring very short old clips of the Crown Princess, the de facto designee to the throne and that of her Mother - the 2nd wife if King Rama X, there is a complete news blackout. Saved for gossips by commoners in the various fresh markets that sell every thing edible, there is absolutely no talk about her and her Mother. Many believe both had gone to the Hereafter."

BANGKOK, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Thailand's Princess Bajrakitiyabha remained unconscious more than three weeks after collapsing due to a heart problem, a palace statement said in an update on the health of the the 44-year-old potential heir to the throne.

The eldest child of Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn lost consciousness on Dec. 15 due to severe heart arrhythmia resulting from inflammation following a mycoplasma infection, according to a statement issued by the palace late on Saturday.
The princess's "overall condition is that she remains unconscious," the palace said.

"Doctors continue to provide medicine and use equipment to support the functions of the heart, lung and kidney as well as using antibiotics while monitoring her condition closely," it said.
